The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 30 TREE Clearing/Grubbing 27,400 S Y Remove Bituminous Pavement (all types) 29,000 C Y Excavation (all types) 12,500 C Y Select Granular Embankment (CV) 5,100 C Y Aggregate Base Cl 5 (CV) 1,600 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,C) 3,100 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (2,C) 500 TON Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (4,E) 500 TON Type SP 12.5 Non-Wearing Course Mix (4,B) 8,800 L F Concrete Curb & Gutter 8,800 L F 8" - 15" PVC Sanitary Sewer 4,400 L F 15" - 48" RCP Storm Sewer 8,400 L F 8" - 12" PVC Watermain The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Lino Lakes shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
