The Authority requires the services of a Contractor to provide all labor and equipment to remove and transport approximately 180,000 gallons of sewage waste and 40,000 gallons of sludge from septic systems, sewage, sludge tanks and wet well tanks from the Authority's facilities to a facility or facilities which is/are permitted to accept, store, and treat same. Additionally, the Contractor will provide pressurized water jet cleaning/clearing services as requested at the same facilities as and when requested by the Authority. The Contractor shall transport, store, and dispose of all Authority waste in accordance will all applicable Federal and State Laws, Regulations and Licensing provisions including, but not limited to, EPA, DOT, OSHA and NJDEP rules and regulations. All permits/licenses if applicable, will be the sole responsibility of the awarded vendor including cost. Contractor shall submit copies of permits/licenses to the Authority upon request. It is the intention of the Authority to issue a Purchase Order/NOA for the procurement of DISPOSAL OF SANITARY WASTE. Items purchased under this contract will be delivered as directed by the Authority. The term of the contract shall be for two (2) years with the option to extend for two (2) additional oneyear terms at the Authority's discretion and the vendor's concurrence". Bids not having a price for all listed items may be rejected. The Authority will purchase amounts of any given item as needed, at the sole discretion of the Authority and shall not be bound by any quantities listed. The Authority reserves the right to make reasonable increases to line-item quantities.
