The BID is issued in accordance with the Code of the Woodbridge Board of Fire Commissioners - Iselin Fire District 9 which requires that the Board of Fire Commissioners - Iselin District 9 utilize a fair and open procurement process in selecting professional services, including legal services. The BID also satisfies the requirements of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law. An original copy of the response to the BID must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside with the word, "HVAC Upgrades - Iselin Fire District 9". In addition, Respondents must provide a copy of their submission on a flash drive in Word or PDF format. All interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. The Board of Fire Commissioners - Iselin Fire District 9 - reserves the right to consider submitted Responses for sixty (60) days after receipt, and further reserves the right to reject all Responses, waive informalities, and make an award or take any other action as may be in the best interest of the Board of Fire Commissioners - Iselin Fire District 9, consistent with applicable law.
