The work to be performed under Contract No. P500.705, which is expected to be awarded at the November 2024 Commission Meeting, will consist of the redevelopment of the Statewide Traffic Management Site, including the demolition of the Administration Building, demolition of the Motor Pool Building, and construction of the Traffic Management Center Building Annex. Site improvements include reconstruction/reconfiguration of the existing parking lots. The estimated construction cost for Contract No. P500.705 is approximately $23,000,000.00 with an estimated duration for construction of twenty-six (26) months, including contract closeout. Responses will be posted on the Authority's website under Doing Business/Current Solicitations on or before September 20, 2024. The SBE project goal is 25%.
