Site work and paving for a civil project in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

Proposals are invited for Contract No. A900.861, which involves immediate and scheduled repairs to bridge structures or roadways between Milepost 0 and Milepost 122 including the Pearl Harbor Memorial Extension and the Newark Bay-Hudson County Extension along the New Jersey Turnpike and Milepost 0 to Milepost 172 along the Garden State Parkway inclusive in Salem, Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Mercer, Middlesex, Union, Hudson, Essex, Bergen, Cape May, Atlantic, Ocean, Monmouth and Passaic Counties, New Jersey. The work will be as directed by the Engineer by work orders with approximate quantities for a period of two (2) years from the date of Notice of Award and shall terminate on the date two years after the date of the Notice of Award. The Engineer will have two (2), one (1) year, options to extend the contract. Bidders must be prequalified under Classification 8, Heavy Highway and Classification Rating up to $10,000,000 Maximum prior to the receipt of bids. For proposals submitted by joint ventures, each member of the joint venture must be prequalified in at least one of the Contract Classifications, and the sum of the ratings held by each member must be within 10 percent of the total price bid by the joint venture. In cases where the sum of the ratings exceeds $50 million, the joint venture's rating will be Unlimited. Prequalification or renewal of prequalification must be received by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority's (the "Authority") Engineering Department no later than February 5, 2025.
