Reference Number 0000372228 The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide services and materials for an Asphalt Project. The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for Asphalt Project (Project). The work will consist of: Furnish all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation; and perform all operations in connection with, and reasonably incidental to, the completion of the Project as shown on the drawings, as including guarantees/warranties as specified herein. The scope of this Project includes milling the existing asphalt pavement in specified locations as detailed in the project drawings. Following the milling process, new asphalt will be installed as an overlay or replacement to restore and improve the pavement surface. All work shall adhere to the specifications and standards outlined in the Project documents, ensuring a durable and high-quality finish. Contract Term - Northern Water will enter an agreement with the selected firm and a purchase order will be created for the Project based on the proposed pricing. The duration of this agreement will be one year.
