Reference Number 0000379298 The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District and the Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (collectively referred to as "Northern Water") is requesting proposals from one (1) or more qualified Consultant(s) to provide On-Call Engineering Services. These services to be provided on an on-call, as-needed for various upcoming projects for Northern Water. Consultants will be selected based on their areas of expertise and are not required to cover all services listed in the scope. Northern Water will utilize the list of pre-qualified Engineering Consultants to identify and engage firms for specific projects, including but not limited to planning, engineering, design, condition assessment, and construction management. These projects may involve the rehabilitation and development of water collection, storage, and delivery infrastructure, such as bridges, structures, stormwater drainage, floodplain analysis, and facility improvements. The duration of the contract will be for an initial period of one (1) year. Northern Water has the sole option to renew the contract annually for three (3) additional one-year periods. The selected contractor(s) may also provide a notice to not extend but must provide such notice at least 45 days prior to the renewal date.
