Sewer Lining Project 4,845 Linear Feet of 8-inch and 12-inch CIPP Sanitary Sewer Lining The Village of Allouez and the Department of Public Works acting through its Village Board, hereby gives notice that sealed bids will be received in the Village Hall Office for the above mentioned project. BID SECURITY - No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond payable to the Village of Allouez in the amount not less than 5% of the maximum bid as guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract, performance/payment bonds and insurance certification, as required by the contract documents, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award. BID REJECTION - The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any information in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of the Village of Allouez. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS - No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the OWNER. PROOF OF RESPONSIBILITY- A proof of responsibility (pre-qualification) for all contracts must be filed with the Village of Allouez, Director of Public Works, 1900 Libal street, Green Bay Wisconsin 54301 no later than 2-working days prior to the date of the bid opening, and shall show sufficient ability, equipment and experience to properly perform the contract. The Village of Allouez decision as to qualifications shall be final. GOVERNING LAWS & REGULATIONS - The contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 66.0901, 66.0903 and 779.16 of the Wisconsin statutes.
