This MP will serve as the City's 20-year strategic guide, outlining a priortized implemenatation schedule for capital improvement projects. These projects will address current and future regulatory requirements set by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, as well as system defciencies, needs, and problem areas. The plan will incorporate a current inventory of the stormwater Collection system, planning and funding criteria, future conditions, and anticipated regulatory requirements.
