Lake Hazel Middle School Phase 2B Tenant Improvement Project Description: The West Ada School District (the "District" or "WASD") is the largest school district in the state of Idaho with 40,000 students and 58 school sites (34 elementary, 11 middle schools, 12 high schools and 1 K-12 school). The District covers 382 square miles and is contained within 8 municipalities ((2) Counties: Ada County, Canyon County and (6) Cities: Boise, Meridian, Star, Eagle, Nampa & Kuna). No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids unless the award of contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. Questions Due Date: Feb 18th 2025, 5:00 PM MST Intent to Bid Due Date: Feb 27th 2025, 10:00 AM MST A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any bid alternates is required. Bidders shall be licensed in the State of Idaho, in accordance with provisions of an act known as "Public Works Contractor's State License Law, Title 54, Chapter 19, Idaho Code Amended." The Term "Public Works Contractors" includes the general, sub, or specialty contractor. The bidder's name must agree to the name on the public works license that is referenced in the bid.
