BID PACKAGES BP-01 Asbestos Abatement & Demolition BP-02 Sitework BP-03 Cabinetry BP-04 Roofing BP-05 Doors, Frames, & Hardware BP-06 Storefront & Glazing BP-07 Drywall, Framing & Acoustical BP-08 Tile BP-09 Flooring BP-10 Painting BP-11 Specialties BP-12 Athletic Equipment BP-13 Mechanical BP-14 Electrical The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality or irregularity, and award a contract that is deemed in the best interest of the Owner. This is a Construction Management/General Contracting Project. Bids for separate work packages must be on the bid forms enclosed in the bid documents. Trade Contractors shall be licensed in the State of Idaho in accordance with the provisions of the Idaho Public Works Contractorsí State License Law.
