Repair of channel soffit spall for a 1,100-foot segment of reinforced concrete drain, under Project ID No. FCC0001404, Bradbury Channel Repairs, Phase II, and other incidental and appurtenant work in the City of Bradbury and the unincorporated community of Bradbury. Prebid questions regarding the Plans and Specifications shall be submitted via email only to: Ms. Irma Vasquez at IVasquez@pw.lacounty.gov. Prebid questions will not be accepted after 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Each bid must be accompanied by a surety bond payable to County of Los Angeles in an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the bid to guarantee that the bidder will enter into the contract if it is so awarded. The contract, if awarded, will be awarded to a responsible contractor with the lowest responsive bid; however, the Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The work is estimated to cost between $800,000 and $1,200,000 and shall be completed in 70 working days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
