Reference Number 0000284816 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/02/05 12:00:00 AM CST The Scope of Work is not intended to be all inclusive; however, it sets out the minimum expectations. The Consultant is expected to perform all duties ancillary to the preparation of a needs assessment and conceptual design. The final version of the deliverables will be used in the decision making process of the potential development of a community gathering space. The RM will endeavor to answer all queries adequately and quickly, supply any information that is considered to be of use to the Consultant, and to make decisions in a timely manner. All expenses associated with the preparation of the Proposal are the sole responsibility of the Proponent. The Municipality shall not be responsible for any pre-contractual expenses incurred by any Consultant, nor shall any firm include such expenses as part of the proposed cost. Pre-contractual expenses include but are not limited to any expenses incurred by the Consultant if the Municipality chooses to shortlist Proponents as part of the evaluation process.
