The Ontario Tech University (the "Institution") is seeking proposals for Domestic Hot Water Upgrades at the North Oshawa Campus, as further described in the Scope of Work and Deliverables sections. The Proponent shall be responsible for: Supplying and installing an operational Domestic Hot Water system as described in the Associated Bid Documents. Purchasing, delivering, installing, and commissioning all equipment described within this document and throughout the Associated Bid Documents. Completion of all permitting applications (e.g. building, electrical installation, and development), and coordination of inspections, in order to comply with local regulations and codes. Provide Shop drawings of equipment to be installed for review and approval. Install the new equipment in a manner that minimizes downtime when transitioning the equipment to full operation. Responsible for all pathways required to integrate the required BAS controls. Proponent to coordinate with Siemens and in house BAS facilities personal for their portion of the work. All tools, ladders, lifts and scaffolding required for installation. Provide training and/or operation and maintenance manuals (all manuals to be in digital format). Provide any additional workmanship and equipment warranties (beyond manufacturer warranty). Provide Institution with all final schematics and drawings (single line drawings/ as-builts). The Proponent is to maintain work areas, and adjacent areas free from accumulation of waste products and debris arising from their works. The Proponent is to remove garbage and debris daily. Any damage, dents or scratches in the adjacent spaces resulting from the construction works shall be rectified and restored to their original state. On completion the space and equipment are to be cleaned and handed over suitable for Institution operation. Estimated Commencement Date: January 27, 2025 Total Completion Date: March 21, 2025 One site supervisor shall be present for all work forming part of the project.
