Woodman's Center (Janesville, Wis.): This venue, including ice arenas, community spaces, and more, is scheduled to open in fall 2025. ______________________________________________________________ The City of Janesville is seeking Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors to construct and install acoustical panels at the Woodman's Sports and Convention Center. Installation/Phasing It is noted that the Acoustical Panel Contractor is not assured of continuity of work. The Acoustical Panel Contractor can assume that installation work will be undertaken in the most convenient and least disruptive to the City of Janesville. The installation scope of work includes all products as defined by Section H, Scope of Work. Scope of Work 1. Furnish and install all Work as shown on the attached drawings and as specified herein, as required for complete and proper installation. The Acoustical Panel Contractor is obligated to provide all work that is depicted on the bid documents, regardless of the quantities that they provide on the bid forms. 2. The Acoustical Panel Contractor shall take responsibility for the management of the delivery and assembly and painting of panels identified herein, their subcontractors, and other services as described in the attached documents. 3. The services designated herein reflect full construction services including, but not limited to, installation drawings and detailing, procurement and installation, submittal reviews, construction phase meetings and field supervision. The project will require close coordination with City of Janesville management consultants, contractors, and other members of the project team to ensure completeness and continuity of services. 4. The Acoustical Panel Contractor shall include all services in the base proposal amount as they shall deem appropriate to complete all items for the scope of work described herein whether specifically described or not. Schedule 1. The Acoustical Panel Contractor must have the ability, manpower, and resources available to complete all of the services described herein within the prescribed schedule. 2. The award of the Contract and Purchase Order(s) to procure products for the Acoustical Panel Scope will be given by the City of Janesville.
