Construction of shoreline protection along the edge of the Cle Elum Reservoir, consisting of new work that has not been previously performed at this location. The work includes providing water for dust control and construction of a temporary access road with subsequent removal, installation of temporary erosion control measures, construction of stone paths, clearing and grubbing for staging areas and slopes designated to receive riprap, tree removal, excavation and reshaping of the hillside, placement of common fill and beach fill, installation of toe armor, geotextile, riprap, and bedding layers, construction of a CMP culvert, installation of fencing, seeding and application of soil supplements, and construction of fish habitat structures to support shoreline stability and environmental objectives. The Rough order of Magnitude (ROM) for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
