Develop and deliver the ASP for the Lake Country Business Park, an area spanning approximately 123 across multiple lots in the former Glenmore Industrial Lands along Glenmore Road near the intersection with Okanagan Centre Road West, in Lake Country, BC. TIMELINE: Through this Request for Proposals, the District of Lake Country invites Proposals from professional consulting organizations experienced in the development of Area Structure Plans (ASP) for Municipalities in British Columbia, to further develop and deliver the ASP for the Lake Country Business Park. The Consultant selected from this RFP will be responsible for delivering the entire ASP, which shall include hiring and being responsible for delivery of all sub-consultants and professionals required as part of the ASP process. Method: Respondents to this RFP are invited to propose their own method / approach to achieving the ASP minimum requirements and deliverables outlined herein. Timeline: The services are scheduled to commence by February 17, 2025, and all Services plus deliverables must be complete by January 31, 2026. Maximum Budget: The district has a maximum budget of $450,000 plus GST available for the selected consultant to deliver all services defined in this RFP.
