Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract in accordance with federal labor standards (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts [DBRA]), Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act domestic procurement, Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 Section 3 (24 CFR 75), Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. The "American Iron and Steel" requirements must be met. This project is being funded in part by the WI DNR EIF CWF Program and Community Development Block Grant for Public Facilities (CDBG-PF).
