The project consists of the following major quantity: Base Aggregate Dense 3/4-Inch, 900 Ton Base Aggregate Dense 1 1/4-Inch, 2,850 Ton Pulverize & Relay, 24,530 SY Asphaltic Surface, 3,775 Ton Spur Road - Pavement Replacement Hill Creek Road The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any bids. Before awarding the contract, the OWNER reserves the right to request proof of responsibility and qualifications, and a letter from the CONTRACTOR stating he or she is an equal opportunity employer. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the OWNER for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5 percent of his bid in accordance with the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
