The Township of St. Clair (St. Clair) desires to undertake the design and construction of an expansion to the Courtright Wastewater Treatment Plant (Project) at 1464 St. Clair Parkway, Courtright, Ontario, and seeks a qualified team to perform Design-Builder work and provide planning, design and construction services for the Project using an innovative, collaborative, and organized project delivery methodology as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). Pursuant to this RFP, St. Clair is inviting experienced and qualified Proponents to submit Proposals to: (a) provide certain professional services related to the preliminary planning, costing, designing and permitting of the Project; and (b) potentially complete full design and construct the Project.
