SCOPE Vendor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and to perform all operations in connection with annual, routine preventive maintenance services, emergency corrective repair services, and inspection of each of the Narragansett Bay Commission s (NBC) emergency/stand-by generator sets. Generator locations are referenced in the attached Exhibit B Each generator is powered by an industrial (internal combustion) engine. Blanket requirements: January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Routine preventive maintenance service to be performed annually. NBC reserves the right to extend blanket period for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods.
