Question Deadline 01/29/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All material, mobilization and manpower needed to complete restoration painting in the following areas, totaling approximately 10,000sf: o Gym: all exterior walls, full height (mural to be maintained) o Front stairwell: all exterior walls (mural to be maintained) o Community room (mural to be maintained) o Approximately 200sf in stairwells 6 and 7 o Approximately 30sf in hallway - Scrape, clean, patch and paint two (2) coats of all surfaces
