Through this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), RIHousing seeks proposals from qualified window cleaning contractors to provide exterior and interior window services for RIHousing corporate office buildings located at 44 & 56-70 Washington St., Providence, RI 02903 (the "Buildings"). Exterior window cleaning will be performed two (2) times/year targeting Spring and Fall months and interior cleaning will be performed one (1) time /year during summer months. In addition, RIHousing requests pricing for "on call" street level and 2nd story exterior cleaning It is the intention of RIHousing to enter into a three (3) year contract with two (2) one-year options; therefore, pricing requested will be for the initial 3 years of the contract; see Attachment D. All questions regarding the Scope of Work set forth in this RFP must be made in writing and submitted via email to Guy V. Pirolli, Facilities Operations Manager at gpirolli@rihousing.com prior to the submission deadline. For additional information contact: gpirolli@rihousing.com By this RFP, RIHousing has not committed itself to undertake the work set forth herein. RIHousing reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to rebid the original or amended scope of services and to enter into negotiations with one or more respondents. RIHousing reserves the right to make those decisions after its receipt of responses. RIHousing's decision on these matters is final.
