The purpose of this project is to perform a comprehensive facility-wide assessment of designated critical Division 16 Electrical assets, control systems, and standby power capabilities the FPWWTF and subsequently recommend priority- and criticality-based improvements, to ensure uninterrupted treatment processes, with budgetary, planning-level implementation costs. The selected Consultant shall provide specialty, wastewater facility industrial electrical engineering services appropriate to the project such as, but not limited to, equipment conditional assessment, planning, design, permitting, regulatory coordination, bidding assistance, construction administration, start-up and commissioning services, testing assistance and inspection support services. A significant portion of this project is expected to require extended on-site inspections of electrical equipment. It is anticipated that the projected sequence of work will follow a traditional planning-design-bid-build format, with additional services as needed. Written questions received by 4:00 PM local time on January 24, 2025 will be responded to in writing (via email) to all firms issued RFQs. All correspondence shall be sent to Dr. C.J.
