Summary of Work: The Contractor shall evaluate, and field verify the existing conditions, connections, locations, sizes, dimensions, etc. of the front and back entry security doors and associated hardware of the ten (10) buildings noted above. The Contractor must notify the Authority of any discrepancies before starting demolition work or performing any work that may change the cost or materials of the project. The overall objective of this initiative is to replace all security entrance doors on all the brick buildings both front and rear. There are generally 4 doors on each of the full-size buildings.
