The purpose of the following flooring specifications is to clearly indicate the classroom floorings that will be replaced, and the specific flooring material to be applied. This is a public works project. Contractors should use prevailing wage to determine the labor costs. Contractors and subcontractors must have a DIR registration number. Pre-Bid Meeting notes The Pre-Bid Meeting will be outside in the location's parking lot at. We will meet at the location's front parking lot and then walk the job site.
