DASNY is soliciting bids for the Academic Building Cooling Equipment Upgrade and Asbestos Abatement project at Medgar Evers College. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: This project consists of the replacement of existing Air-Cooled Units, Air Cooled Condensers, Water Cooled Units, including the associated piping, valves, controls, and power wiring. The installation of new Glycol Cooled Units, Dry Coolers, Water Cool Units, including associated piping, valves, controls, and power wiring. The Installation of new supply and return outside air ductwork with associated motorized dampers. Provide ne condenser chilled water piping with associated control valve assembly. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 25% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
