Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Olathe, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Mill and overlay on K-7 Highway (Loula Street to Harold Street) including base and subgrade repairs (as needed), concrete curb and sidewalk replacement, installation of ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, installation of an 8' wide shared use path in select location on the east side of K-7 Highway, signal modification at Loula signal detection replacement, placement of pavement markings and reconstruction of tops of existing grate curb inlets. Replacing existing gravel road with a new asphalt pavement section and curb and gutter along 167 th Street (I-35 to Hedge Lane), storm water improvements, street lighting, placement of pavement markings, and installation of new guardrail All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be entered on line via.
