Fairmeadows Elementary - 807 23rd Street, West Des Moines, Iowa 50265 Replace existing air-cooled chiller on single-story roof. Replace existing chilled water pumps. Update BAS controls and electrical based on new equipment requirements. Bidding documents may be obtained from the Engineer under the following conditions: 1. Qualified plan houses receive all branch sets free of charge, provided they log all usage of the documents and return to us within ten (10) days after bidding. A list of those having plans is found in the "Supplementary Instructions to Bidders". Subcontractors and suppliers may receive plans after receipt of the required deposits stated above, must return the plans within seven days of bid award. Master Builders cards will also be honored. No plans will be issued after one week prior to bidding date.
