Provide all material, labor and equipment for the demo and re-roof with EPDM roofing. The existing insulation and cover board is to remain under the base bid. This roof area roughly 4,375 s.f. ALTERNATE NO. 1 - Replace Ceiling Insulation and Cover Board The scope of work for Alternate No. 1 shall include but not be limited to the following: (See the project drawings and project manual for more detail) 1. Provide all material, labor and equipment to remove existing cover board and roof insulation down to the metal deck. Install new 1/2 " cover board and tapered polyiso insulation system for an average insulating value of R-30. Minimum slope to be 1/4 " per foot. Include all related work as indicated on the plans.
