Renovation of a water / sewer project in Springboro, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The proposed work contains, but is not limited to, the following major items: Generator replacement including automatic transfer switch and associated electrical work. The project shall be completed by Monday, July 18, 2025 The City of Springboro, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding . All Bidders are requested to point out any discrepancies and ask for any clarifications at that time. Other questions will be accepted until noon on January 31, 2025, by email to Chad.Dixon@cityofspringboro.com and if required, the City shall issue a written Addendum by February 4, 2025, which shall become part of the Construction Documents. The Work covered by the Contract Documents comprises installation of an Emergency Generator and appurtenances Well No. 7 for the City of Springboro, Owner. B. The Work includes the following major items: 1. Construct new generator pad. 2. Install emergency generator and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). 3. Connect new emergency generator to the City Well power and controls systems. 4. Demolish and dispose of existing emergency generator
