This project is funded by LaPorte County and INDOT through the Community Crossings program list of items requisitioned by the LaPorte County Highway Superintendent for paving, striping, shoulder rehab and partial reconstruction of LaPorte County Road, 300 East from US 2 to State line, 600 West from US 12 to US 20, 600 East from 1000 N to just North of 180, 600 East from Tiago Trail to US 20. Question Deadline 01/20/2025 Any questions regarding the project should be sent tojgsullivan@laporteco.in.gov Each bidder shall submit a financial statement, a statement of experience, a proposed plan or plans for performing the public work, and the equipment that the bidder has available for the performance of the public work. The statement shall be submitted on forms prescribed by the state board of accounts, Form No. 96 (revised 2013). Bidder must submit a Non-collusion Affidavit. No bid will be accepted or considered by the Board of Commissioners differing from the exact specifications by the Board. Each bidder shall, as a guarantee of good faith, submit and deposit with each bid a Surety Bond, Payable to the Treasurer of LaPorte County, LaPorte, Indiana, subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners in the sum of 10% of the amount of the contract price.
