repair and maintenance of the LaPorte County Highway system roads, bridges and equipment to be used in the year 2025 the following materials, supplies, and/or services: Class 11 (Bituminous Materials) Class 13 (Pavement Markings) Class 14 (Asphalt Crack Sealant) Detailed specifications for materials are available at the LaPorte County Highway Department, (1805 W 5th St., LaPorte, Indiana). Bidders shall supply samples as required in the specifications. a bid bond or certified check, in the amount stated on the specifications, made payable to the Treasurer of LaPorte County. Discounts or rebates to be allowed on items in any/or all classes shall appear in each price quoted and made a part thereof. Said prices shall include all taxes of every kind and/or character where payable by the county. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the one bid which, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of LaPorte County, Indiana.
