Perform work for the Kailua Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Biotower Rehabilitation project for the Department of Environmental Services, City and County of Honolulu. Deadline for Questions/Requests for Substitution February 27, 2025 SUMMARY A. The work covered under this contract will be performed at the Kailua Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RWWTP), which is owned and operated by the City and County of Honolulu. The work for the project includes rehabilitation of the Biotower Pump Station wetwell, and demolition, repair, replacement, installation of components to rehabilitate two existing biotowers. The work also includes biotower testing, start-up, and performance optimization.
