Redlines on As-Built Electrical Drawing 1) Scope of work is a one-for-one equivalency repair by replacement of the EST3 main fire alarm control panels (FACPs) and remote annunciators at Kaala, Maunawili, Ahiki, and Olomana Buildings. The EST3 equipment is no longer manufactured and replacement parts are no longer available. The scope of work also includes the replacement of the existing addressable smoke and heat detectors, as they are over 10 years old and should be replaced with new detectors to mitigate nuisance alarms. 2) Conduit and cable to remain/reuse and anywiring / conduit replacement work will be treated as a change order.
