Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Kailua, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

This project scope entails the removal and disposal of existing standing seam roofing. Installation of new structural framing, plywood decking, underlayment, and standing seam metal panel roofing. Aikahi Fire Station Apparatus Room Roof Replacement Offerors shall be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of Contractors. Requests for clarification regarding this bid solicitation shall be directed to Romona Maeshiro of the Division of Purchasing by email to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. The CITY will accept requests for substitution submitted electronically to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. All requests shall be received no later than January 10, 2025. Requests received after this date may not be given consideration. Estimated Cost: $300,000.00 Question Deadline 01/10/2025
