The work for this Project includes improvements to the solids handling system facilities at the Kailua Regional WWTP. 1. A single Process Control System Integrator (PCSI) shall provide all services and equipment for the Kailua Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) - New Dewatering Building Project (Project), facility controls equipment, fiber installation, communication and control network, and project field instrumentation as specified herein. The PCSI shall be responsible for final operational integration of overall control system functionality of all equipment provided as part of this Contract that interfaces with the plant control systems. Scope of work shall include coordinating work from the Citys Programmer, packaged system suppliers, security network provider, and other subcontractors for installation, start-up, testing and commissioning. Equipment shall be fabricated, assembled, installed and placed in proper operating condition in full conformity with the Contract Documents and Drawings, engineering data, instructions, and recommendations of the equipment manufacturer as approved by Officer-in-Charge.
