Site work and paving for a civil project in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

**As of March 12th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 1st.** The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors for the resurfacing of approximately 0.56 miles of Sherman Ave from 11th St to 15th St. to include widening at both the northbound and southbound approaches to the 15th St intersection to allow for the addition of left turn lanes as well as minor signalization work to provide indications for the resultant left-turn movements. Contractor is to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment and materials to complete the project. Contractor is also responsible for obtaining a right-of-entry permit and coordinating any work within the Bayline Railroad rightof-way The project will consist of earthwork, stabilization, milling, asphalt pavement, signing and marking, signal modifications and minor drainage improvements including but not limited to the grading of ditches/swales. The State of Florida, Department of Transportation ( FDOT ) entered into a County Incentive Grant Program (CIGP) agreement with the County. The project is being funded by FDOT FPN 451752-1-54-01. Funding for the project has been made possible through this grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDOT. QUESTIONS Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov. All questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm (CST) on Monday, February 10, 2025. The geogrid shall be composed of a single layer and integrally formed with triangular apertures and high-profile ribs exhibiting significant dimensional stability through all ribs and junctions of the geogrid structure. The geogrid shall maintain its reinforcement and aggregate confinement capabilities under repeated dynamic loads while in service. The geogrid shall also be resistant to ultraviolet degradation, damage under normal construction practices and all forms of biological and chemical degradation normally encountered in road construction. Geogrid layers shall be placed as directed by the Engineer. The geogrid should be sized appropriately to interlock with dense graded aggregate. Scope of Work The County desires to hire Contractor to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies resurfacing of approximately 0.56 miles of Sherman Ave from 11th St to 15th St. to include widening at both the northbound and southbound approaches to the 15th St intersection to allow for the addition of left turn lanes as well as minor signalization work to provide indications for the resultant left-turn movements. Contractor is also responsible for obtaining a rightof-entry permit and coordinating any work within the Bayline Railroad right-of-way The Contractor will perform those services in accordance with Exhibit 1 General Terms and Conditions, the FDOT "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction" dated November 4, 2024 as implemented by the attached Exhibit 2, titled "Bay County Board of County Commissioners Special Provisions for the Adaptation and Use of the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction", and Exhibit 3 Bay County construction plans titled "Sherman Ave. from 11th St to 15th St" dated October 24, 2024. The Contractor hereby agrees to provide the following services to the County according to ITB 25-18 Sherman Ave. from 11th St to 15th St, said documents being incorporated into this agreement as if fully set out herein, and the Contractor's response thereto, said documents being attached as Exhibit 4, to the extent they are not inconsistent with this Agreement.
