The project includes all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to remodel the existing latrines in the Wayne Readiness Center in Wayne, NE. Project scope includes plumbing repairs, wall modifications and repairs, door modifications to reconfigure the latrine layout and make required room for wheelchair accessibility. Project will include new fixtures, partitions, electrical, HVAC, and interior finishes.
