Section II - Pth 59 (C07497) The Work Includes Supply and Install of One (1) Precast Concrete Culvert by Jacking, Including Filling of Existing Culvert, Shoulder Reconstruction and Slope Stabilization, Through Provincial Trunk Highway 59, 4.0km North of Pth 11, in the Municipality of Alexander. Section III - Pth 59 Hillside Beach Road (C07496) The Work Includes Supply and Install of One (1) Thin-walled Steel Culvert by Trenching (Open Cut), Through Hillside Beach Road, 3.3km North of Pth 11, in the Municipality of Alexander. Completion Model the Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Sub Completion and Completion Date. Completion Date and Liquidated Damages Sub-completion Shall Be Defined as All Work on Section II (C07497) and Section Iii (C07496). The Sub-completion Work Must Be Completed No Later Than March 31, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Sub Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion Date Shall Be Defined as All Remaining Work. The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than December 19, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
