The Work Includes the Supply and Installation of New Electric Meters, Including All Necessary Metering Components, Web-based Data Collection and Reporting Software on the New Electric Meters and the Purchaser's Existing Natural Gas and Water Meters. The New Reporting System Shall Relay Building Electrical, Natural Gas and Domestic Water Consumption Data to (Natural Resources Canada's) Energy Star® Portfolio Manager®. Descriptions of Items of the Work Listed Below Are Provided as a General Overview. Detailed Purchaser's Requirements Are Provided in the Technical Requirements: Item 1: Supply, Install and Start-up - Electric Meters and Components I. Includes Subitems 1.01-1.83 Ii. Includes Purchaser Acceptance Testing as Referenced in Section 4 of the Technical Requirements; Item 2: Post Training; Item 3: Software Licensing, Including Maintenance and Support of Software I. Software Maintenance and Support is to Be Provided for a Five (5) Year Term.
