REPLACEMENT OF 46 KITCHENETTE / SERVERY AREAS ON DESIGNATED FLOORS OF MANITOBA HYDRO PLACE, 360 PORTAGE AVENUE Consisting of all this is required to complete the following: - Supply and installation of new millwork and countertops as noted; - Repair of existing millwork as noted; - Supply and installation of new plumbing fixtures as noted; - Supply and installation of new flooring and base as required; - Supply and install of vinyl graphic film as noted: - Patch, repair and painting of walls as required; - Inspection and installation of new mechanical items as noted, - Remove and reinstall water heaters, water filtration system and sump pump(s) as required. Commencement of Services/Delivery of Goods 2025/03/01 Completion of Services/Final Delivery of Goods 2026/03/31 Manitoba Hydro reserves the right, and the Proponent acknowledges that Manitoba Hydro has the right, to reject any, or all, Proposals, or to select, negotiate or accept any Proposal which Manitoba Hydro in its sole unfettered discretion deems advantageous to itself with no resulting liability to any Proponent.
