Installation of Striping and Signage Improvements to Five Bridge Road, Old Whitley Road, Bugle Lane, Jeff Davis Road, and Waterloo Rebecca Road for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the installation of striping and signage improvements to Five Bridge Road, Old Whitley Road, Bugle Lane, Jeff Davis Road, and Waterloo Rebecca Road for the Irwin County, Georgia 2023 Off System Safety Action Project Striping and Signage Improvements to: Five Bridge Road, Old Whitley Road, Bugle Lane, Jeff Davis Road and Waterloo Rebecca Road (Total of 30.58 Miles) All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of Irwin County in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the lump sum bid for the complete work: such Bid Bond representing that the Bidder, if awarded a Contract, will promptly enter into a Contract and furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bonds as provided by the law and approved by the Attorney for Irwin County. Performance Bond shall be equal to 100 Percent (100%) of the contract amount and Payment Bond shall be equal to 100 percent (100%) of the Contract amount. All work on the project must be completed within 150 consecutive calendar days of when work begins The Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, 2021 Edition, any applicable Supplemental Specifications, 2024 Edition, and Special Provisions, contained within this contract will be applicable to this project. All materials, workmanship, testing, etc. shall meet the Georgia Department of Transportation Specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner has the right to add or to delete from the Contract once it has been awarded. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of the bids
