Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brighton, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Project estimate budget is $621,000. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including Bituminous crushing and shaping, reconstruction of approximately 8,200 lineal feet of hike / bike trail with 3.5" bituminous mixture, and all incidental construction at Kensington Metropark in Oakland County, Michigan. Bids shall be submitted on the form included in the bidding documents, and shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond underwritten by a surety licensed in the State of Michigan, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or formalities and to make award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Authority.
