**As of February 12, 2025, the project was awarded to JGeske & Sons Asphalt Paving, Inc., with an awarded amount of 1,500,000.** As of February 6, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 11, 2025. 2025 Road Maintenance Program This Project will include HMA Surface Milling of approximately 7.3 miles, Pavement Patching and HMA Binder and Surface Courses. Approximate quantities for a few major pay items are 9,935 SY of Class D Patching, 99,347 SY of 2 inches HMA Surface Removal, 4,499 Tons of HMA Leveling Binder, 8,997 Tons of HMA Surface Course and all other associated and required work. The Village of Inverness reserves the right to waive any and all technicalities and to reject any or all bids, and to make an award in the best interest of the Village to the lowest responsible bidder. Bid(5%), Other, Certified Check An award will be considered at the Regular Village Board Meeting on February 10, 2025. The final completion date for all work on this contract is June 30,2025.
