Proposals for Architects and Engineers On-Call. The City of Durango, Colorado is issuing a Request for Professional Services (RFPS) from qualified firms or individuals (Proposer) with demonstrated experience in Architect and Engineering. For this request, the term "bid' refers to the proposal, and "bidder" refers to the proposer. The City of Durango is seeking proposals for Architects and Professional Engineering firms for the development of an on-call list for the City to use when in need of assistance on small projects. The City encourages firms that specialize in the disciplines of, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation, Traffic Engineering, and Surveyors. The City reserves the right to bid any project, regardless of the project cost for services when it is deemed in the best interest of the City. Architects and Engineers shall be licensed in the State of Colorado for the discipline(s) that they are proposing. The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and minor irregularities in proposals, and to accept the proposal deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City of Durango. This project is being bid in accordance with the City of Durango Purchasing Policy The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
