Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Durango, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project was awarded to Dig Deep Excavation in the amount of $125,181.25. The project will replace approximately 200 lineal feet of deteriorated sewer main adjacent to the Theatre building at Fort Lewis College including associated sitework repair Work will be provided in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by Goff Engineering and Surveying dated November 12, 2024. On-site construction work will begin as soon as possible following completion for the college's spring semester approximately May 5, 2025. Work will include installing a temporary bypass system to reroute sanitary sewer flows around the area of work and will include restoration and patching of existing site retaining wall as well as asphalt and concrete paving surfaces.
