Reference Number 0000368132 The Aspen Trails Metropolitan District (hereinafter referred to as "the District" or "ATMD") is seeking proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional services for the preparation of a Feasibility Study, Augmentation Plan, and Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) for the rehabilitation of the District's water system. The goal of this project is to assess the current condition of the existing water system components, recommend improvements to ensure long-term reliability and compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide the reports necessary for a funding application to complete improvements to either USDA-RD or the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund.
