The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer ("RFSO") is for BGIS to solicit all-inclusive hourly rates from interested persons for the supply of Confined Space Reassessment and related Services on an "as and when required" basis, to provide greater efficiency and minimize risk resulting in enhanced value to our clients.
