This project is the GMP 1 ñ Make-Ready Scope for Marvin ES Whole Site Modernization. The scope includes 1) Site Demolition, Abatement, Grading and Excavation, 2) Site Electrical procurement and ductbanks, minor building electrical, 3) Complete Site Utility Scope and ROW Utilities, 4) Pavement Replacement Marvin WSM GMP 2 ñ Complete Whole Site Modernization will be bid at a later time. This will include new a building, renovations to existing structures, and site work improvements. The majority of work will be performed in June / July 2025 with a follow-up phase in June / July 2026 as needed.
